AdoptIQ ("the app") is a 100% native Salesforce managed package published by TALONOID Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains how AdoptIQ handles data.

The short version: AdoptIQ does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data outside your own Salesforce org. There are no external servers, no third-party services, and no tracking.

What the app accesses

Inside your Salesforce org, AdoptIQ reads standard adoption data that Salesforce already collects: Lightning Usage metrics (page/app usage) and Login History, plus user, profile and role names for grouping. It stores aggregated snapshots in packaged custom objects within your org.

What leaves your org

Nothing. AdoptIQ makes no external callouts and integrates with no third parties. All processing happens inside your Salesforce org, and all data remains under your control and your org’s security model.

Data we (the provider) receive

None from the app itself. If you contact support by email, we receive only what you send us (e.g. your email address and message).

Cookies & this website

This marketing website serves static pages and does not set tracking cookies.

Your control

Snapshot data is stored in your org and subject to your retention setting (default 730 days). Uninstalling the package removes its objects and data from your org.
